This store has everything But don't waste your time answering the survey because when you go to enter your phone number to be entered in the drawing it cuts you off. I have tried and once you enter the code it won't let you enter it again so you waste your time answering the question but never get entered to win. I believe this is deliberately done so they don't have to pay you.
They have made navigation of my son’s epilepsy medication journey simple. Special shout out to Iris! She is super kind, helpful, and efficient at getting the drive thru line knocked out. We try to go early. The gentleman that handles home deliveries is outstanding as well. Thanks, y’all!
Love the Sunday hours so I can have our scripts refilled and ready to pick up after church. We have a local store but prefer the waxahachie location. So we try to do all our shopping on days we are in that area
The Sunday staff on 3/30/25 worked together to get to get a voucher coupon to work when my insulin was not covered by my insurance for this year. They were patient and very understanding with all my questions through the whole process.
We are transferring our prescriptions over from Walgreens. The entire process has been fantastic. We love the H-E-B pharmacy. It is so easy to get in contact with someone. And everyone we've talked to seems to know what they're doing really well. We love that we don't have to keep repeating, "Pharmacist! Pharmacist!" to get through allbthe computer hoops! Everyone we've talked to at the counter has also been knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
I’ve been using HEB pharmacy for a few years now and they have been spot on with their service! On more than one occasion they gave me some medication free of charge to cover me for a day or two because sometimes I wait to long to reorder and run out. Keep up the good work everyone!!
I called the HEB Pharmacy to check if a vaccination was covered by insurance. They took the time to verify the information and I really appreciated that level of service. Their immunization clinic was clean, organized, and as painless as possible (physically and mentally). The entire pharmacy was fully staffed and running smoothly. I'll continue to come back for immunizations and prescriptions.
